Pyro Solver SOP now has use deforming geometry option. It now also promotes the boundary conditions, allowing the fireball macro to set the ground plane properly. Support for sourcing collisions from collision velocities is also added.

Fixes and improvements to pythonscheduler TOP. Moved some functionality out of localscheduler and into base class pdg.PyScheduler. This allows it to be used by pythonscheduler and by the generated scheduler script.

Python Scheduler now uses CallbackMixin to provide enough functionality that some generic nodes can be cooked without extensive customization of scheduler code.
