In the HDK, subclasses of GA_Primitive should no longer override copyUnwiredForMerge, and must instead override copySubclassData, which can be implemented in almost the same way, just calling copySubclassData in the superclass, instead of copyUnwiredForMerge. This does everything that copyUnwiredForMerge does except for setting the vertex list in GA_Primitive. copyUnwiredForMerge is now a non-virtual function that maps the vertex list and calls copySubclassData.

When looking through a camera to which the view is not tied, the view state operations for manipulating the screen window (Ctrl+Alt+MMB and Ctrl+Alt+RMB) now override the screen window of the camera instead of switching to no camera. This override is active until reset in the view state by a Ctrl+Alt+RMB drag from right to left or a switch to another camera.
