The Reference LOP has a new mode (controlled by the new Parameter Order parameter) which allows the Reference File and Reference Prim Path parameters to be evaluated once per matching Primitive, rather than evaluating the Reference File first, then evaluating the Primitives parameter once per matching file. This node will also now apply the Pre-Operation to all matching Primitives even if no reference is being added to these primitives.

Updated Houdini's USD library to fix a performanec issue with drawing instanced prims with unloaded payloads as bounding boxes. The bounding boxes were not being drawn as instances. Also fixed an issue where importing the USD python libraries could raise an exception on Windows if the PATH variable contained a relative path.

To support this workflow, when the Deform Normals toggle is disabled, this will also prevent N from being used if it's specified in the Other Attribs parameter. Note that this may cause N to no longer be deformed if old hip files had this situation.
