Does Houdini have the Maya feature of Wedge Polygons?

I don't know Houdini has Wedge Polygons tool or no!

But I know that Houdini is most powerful 3d software and you can make every things that you have in your mind with this software without using any additional plug-ins or library !

I like to made this tool in Houdini and you can download my project from attached file.

we just have to enter number of face and edge by hand !
