As the top of the diagnostic says, you should really contact Support about licensing issues.

I can run various previous versions of Houdini on my Mac so I believe the issues lie in your license server configuration with the given environment you are trying to run H11 in.

As long as the installed version of Houdini itself is binary compatible with your system OS, then you should be able to run it. A current license server (H12.5) can issue H12.5, H12, H11.1 and H11.0 licenses to a Houdini11.0 version. Don't try to mix and match license versions within a single license file though as it get's very messy very quickly.

Your license diagnostics indicate that you have a remote license server. The remote server license diagnostics matter as well.

Have a careful read of all the license docs on the sesi web site as well then look at your license diagnostics. It is pretty clear given the environment that you are trying to launch H11 in is not finding a valid license server.

I assume that with a remote license server configured, you are not using apprentice licenses.

Thank you very much for taking time to help me.
I still can not figure out what to do.
I have H 12 ($99Pid version) in another machine along with H 11 latest version. I have set the license mode to local already in the same machine. You said I can use the same license for H 11?
Would you help me how further.
I understand I have to change the license mode to local in other machine.
I want to use H 11 with the same machine that has H 12 paid version set with local mode already.
Please help me further.
I believe I have met you at the SVA conference in NYC several months ago.
Aren't you the person from Houdini ?
Look forward to hearing from you.

And that is the issue and yep that's me.

Apprentice and Apprentice HD licenses have to be local to any Houdini process. No remote server access for Apprentice and HD users I am afraid.

You can install H11 on the machine that has local licenses installed if that helps.

As well you could install Apprentice licenses on the second machine then run H11 there and then open the .hipnc files on your machine with the HD license to do final renders at full HD res.
