Problems with glass rendering

Hi all,

I'm making a fluid demo using houdini. I wrote my sph fluid solver in opengl and have used alembic to import the point data into houdini.

I'm attempting to create a very simple scene for my demo: the fluid in a glass tank, with an infinite curve background. I'm not well versed in lighting/shading/rendering in Houdini and have some very frustrating artifacts appearing in my render.

I have attached my render. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You might have double layered geometry. Make sue you clean up the mesh.

I usually get the square pattern when primitives overlap other prims.
