Freeze Position (Python ideally) or Vex

Hi there,

I've got an object that moves in space randomly, I want to know how i can freeze its position in space after a certain time so it stops moving?

try the time shift SOP.
set the frame to the one you want it to stop on
use a switch to go from ‘live’ to frozen
