Making use of Bullet Solver

I am trying to pull the ConcaveHull implementation from the Bullet Solver in Houdini16.
Has anyone tried doing this before? Accessing a portion of the solver but without running the entire sim.
Ideally, I'd like to use the concave hull in a SOP form. To be able to take a point cloud and return the concave hull of the input.

If there are other ways to do this that are out there, I would love tips on where to look for those also.
I just need to be able to do something similar to the ShrinkWrap SOP, but concave instead of convex (shrinkwrap does not seem to have this capability.)
If anyone has ideas, I'd appreciate it.
