Is there a way to disable the Alembic ROP Output from worrying about overwriting a file in use?

ie. Katana is open and pointing to and ABC file and you want to update it. By default it refuses to overwrite.

I think it does that only on Windows. It's probably for the best since overwriting the file in use can cause the consumer to crash.

Yeh it's on Windows and really annoying! I wish there was a safety override.
