Hi!

I set this using Redshift render but it seems that Redshift has a problem, so I want to use Mantra or Karma instead, but both of them give me a weird result. I'm very new to this so I don't know what is wrong.

Please help me I really appreciate it.

Could you please elaborate what you are trying to accomplish with this scene.
I opened it up and added a mantra output node. This produced a render which is full screen of a pink color.
I reduced the pscale attribute in the mainparticles attributewrangle sop node which reduced
the size of the rendered portion.
Anyway, the more you explain how you made this scene would help understand what it's supposed to render.
