After many system tests this week
Both Ubuntu 22/20/14,Windows server2022,Lastest Deepin system

Flip sim could't get 100% like Rayzon 5950x 5900x or Xeon 2696v3*2.
it only always around 70% ,fluctuation from 50%to 99%

Could some friends tell me how to solve this ? or when official will find this problem

For me with AMD 3990X flips are usually around 70% as well.
