I am trying to follow the tutorial and use Pop Network , however when I add it, it shows me permission error and doesn't let me proceed. Did anyone have that problem and can some one help me resolve it, please ?
I have Houdini Education 19.5.569

you are running Houdini Core
try running Houdini FX since DOPs and therefore POP Network editing is only FX feature
