Houdiniを開いているときにパソコンが落ちてしまい、その後から「A license could not be found to run this application」と出てきてHoudiniを開くことが出来なくなりました。
Houdini License AdministratorのServer InformationのWrite Accessの欄がこのようになっています。

「This machine does not have write access to this license server. This is only needed if you need to install, return or modify the server in anyway.」

解決策を教えていただきたいです。

診断情報を見ると、Houdini Apprentice のライセンスが存在しないことがわかります。
License Administrator を起動して、File->Active Apprentice を実行してください。
