Hi,
Does anybody know if it is possible to have all preferences (colors, hotkeys, desktops) collected in one Python file? I am trying to make it easier to grab my preferences at whatever/whoevers computer I am on.
Is the state of the art still just storing all of the individual preference files for the colors, desktops and hotkeys? Or is it possible to have them collected in one portable file?
Thanks

yeah I do that, got everything in a repo and can make any houdini install 'mine' in a few minutes.
Most basic is to simply git your houdini user folder from your home dir. But if this is more of a company pipeline thing you want to look into "packages" and such and put those in a repo.
