Jointdeform wont do same deformation as an apex character?

I did export and apex character as .bgeo, reimport it and done some animation with scene animate, I wanted to blend animations using the motionclips nodes, so I tried unpackcharacter to have the animation, but I realized it looked a bit odd, so I conected it directly to a jointdeform, it seems the deformation is not the same, I had tried all the skinned deform methods, any idea?

Its hard to tell what is wrong with the deformation without looking at a hip file.
