The FPS of the mp4 file output by Mplay is incorrect

The FPS of the mp4 file output by Mplay is incorrect. I set it to 25, but the result it produced was 25.25. What I want to know is whether it's a problem with my setting or a bug in the software itself.

This should be fixed in 21.0.652.
