Hi,
I've spent a couple of hours on this and I can't get the Render View pane to show anything other than the black background colour.
I've created basic scene with a mantra node and selected it in the Output Driver drop down.
Could someone give simple steps to achieve this.
I'll attach my scene for what it's worth…
Thanks!
How to get Render View to work?

Thanks,
Yes, I can render via those controls as well, but I'm referring to the Render View pane which is available as a Pane Tab. You can add it by clicking on the plus sign if it's not there by default.
I gather it's meant to render automatically as you move objects and lights around in a Scene View or wherever. All I get is blackness…
This is a nice feature in XSI. Does anyone use this in Houdini?
