I was testing an HDA that instantiates trees of a forest in both engines and UE5 always crashes when trying to bake as Foliage, is there a bug in HoudiniEngine for UE5?

I see thanks again dpernuit, but I loaded your HDA in UE4, and the rendering problem in LIT mode turned now into SemiTransparent (UNLIT and wireframe mode are OK though), maybe there's a problem with my UE4 ???

Thanks for answering dpernuit, did you mean I could use the “objectMerge” node to turn the curve into an INPUT? cause I did that and the terrain is still Transparent, (new HDA attached). Or is there a file I could study with an editable road for UE4, thanks again and sorry for bothering…..

I created a terrain with a editable road and tested both in UE4,Unity. But the UE4 version turns transparent, even if I bake the terrain, can someone please help me…. thanks in advance.

I have a question please, I tested a very simple scatter asset HDA both in Unity and UE4.
- to change the instanced mesh in UE4 there is a GUI.
- but Unity does not show any GUI to allow change the mesh.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong??

Hello, I am creating a rig for a Game Engine, but I can't figure out how to avoid the CONTROL nulls to be exported as bones along with the deformation bones in the FBX file…….I need a clean skeleton with no extra helper bones, please any suggestions ??? thanks…

Hello, I'd like to ask if it's possible to set the number of bones that can influence a point when capturing geometry using the Biharmonic method, I can't go over 4 because of the Game Engine we are using, thanks….

Sorry for the delay, here's the hip file……hope it helps, by the way in the GitHub:
- in the DEVELOPMENT branch the UV's are OK, but the Position and Normal Textures are bad
- in the Houdini16 branch the UV's are Bad, but the Position and Normal Textures are OK.

I'm exporting cloth simulations for UE4 using the Vertex Animation Textures tools
the animation works great but…
I noticed that the exported FBX has the original UVs destroyed, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong ???
