Displacement and Over / Overlay Nodes

Hey Guys I am struggling with Displacement material and the Over / Overlay Node. When I add the over or overlay node to add a Decal, I got no Displacement, is this a Bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!The displacement here is exaggerated to demonstrate the problem.

I've realized that when using Float you must blend with MTLXOverlay not MTLXOver, because MTLXOver cannot handle float, at least in my scene, just can handle Vector4 inputs.
