Vista 64 Rop issues

Anyboy had this thing?

recently updated my xp64 to vista 64

And now im unable to write a obj geometry from a rop, almost all the files are 0kb sized after export.

In my laptop win xp64 i do not have the problem.

Its a test scene im doing with a autorig, and of course im using the right rop inside the deformation rig.

Tried to export as bgeo… and that works without any issues

Then i tried with a blank scene, loaded the bgeo sequence trying to export it again from a really clean scene of course, just for testing purposes… and again 0KB files

Aprox just the 5% of the files are good, the rest just 0kb.
No error, no log, nothing to see what could be happening.

I'm having probs with the filmbox ROP on Vista 64.
Sounds like this could be the same prob.

interesting…. at least sounds like it.

until i have a solution for this, im exporting the geometry from my other wrkstation with xp of from the laptop to get around this issue. :cry:

BUT:
I realized that, doing a render from current frame, most of the times, (aswell as doing a render frame range) may be the 95% of the files end up with 0KB size.

Buuuuut…
-changing tick in Initalize Simulation OPS on and off (i have to clarify here, i dont have any simulation in the scene for this option to really modify something)
-and again, on and off Enable Overrides in render control

I can export the current frame, but of course its a pain in the *** to do it frame by frame, AND checking the file size, AND puting on and off randomly in those parameters and see with wich combination it renders the geo OK to disk.
Its not the same for every frame, if i want to rerender the frame, i have to start playing with those two things to get the file right again.

So its seams its like a random error, donot know why, again, no error log, no error in the rop node, nothing, just the empty file.


More Tests:
-Happens at least with 9.5 (32 bits) build 379 and 710 , in vista 64
-In Xp32 and 64 works flawlesly both versions of houdini (32 bits)
