sidefx not publish even a release date!
Impatient?
I would rather them take longer and make things nice and smooth, than release a haphazard buggy piece of software, that needs patch/service pack after service pack…Absolutley no Autodesk reference to be seen here.

I am also of the Dijkstra's school of thought:
“Dijkstra is against companies essentially ”testing“ their software on their customers. Releasing version 1.0 and then immediately patch 1.1. He felt that the program should be polished to a degree that ”hotfix“ patches are borderline unethical.”
