hi guys
im having a little problem with making a glass martial
in the pic the top of the cup its ok but in the bottom the lights look its not fractured at all
i reduce the reflect amounts but no result
i just put a light and environment light with hdr map , trying a big sphere as an environment light source but the same result
am i missing somethings ???

It looks like an index of refraction problem to me. The outside ior should be set to 1 the inside IOR to something like 1.3 on the glass material. You also might want to enable Fresnel, I think the shader turns it off by default. If you are still having problems do post a version of your scene file.
