i have cloth animated and i want to these butterfly to fly from it and cloth
Will be trimmed

can you do a ray cast combo with a vopsop

you can ray a distance (just get the attribute, dont move the geometry) and with that
saying if the ray distance is more than something put into a group,
and then in that group you can ray it again this time, you can actually deform the geo.

pelos i need vop solution because it's more flexible is there any example for these way you just mentioned ?

The Intersect vop does ray casting and returns prim number and parametric uv, the xyzdist vop does this as well if you don't have a ray direction. Once you have these attributes you can use the Primitive Attribute vop to pull P from the parametric coordinates on your animated cloth.
