RFE: Group SOP : if same name, add to group

Hi SESI,

Another GroupSOP RFE here…

If a GroupSOP with the group name that currently exists, it seems like it would be expected for the group to just be added to. This could cut down on the number of times we have to use the Combine tab of the GroupSOP.

you know i could have sworn that was the default method before… but now if his happens you get red flags every where.

it should just add new members to the group.

consider this a third <YES>>please change this.
