Keyboard Intercept does not work on OS X with apple keyboards because there is no scroll lock.

I have not tried this with a PC keyboard plugged in because I do not have one with me. However I can test this at a laster time.

It would be nice to perhaps have a button located in the viewport to enable something like this.

I logged a bug for it #73492 and we'll fix it by adding it as menu.
