I set active=0 for bottom box, but for the bricks - 1. Why they are not active?

It`s new version. Now, basement box is active, but so massive. Bottom row of bricks bound with basement through hard constraint.
Glue strength on bricks now is very small or zero, but bricks don`t move when hitted.

I guess it`s my logical mistake, but where?

May be I can read somewhere information about how Bullet works?

There is another way to bottom row will not broke their glue constraint at start of simulation?

It is a reason, why basement box used.
