MotionClip Cycle / Evaluate Errors out? (due to skeleton mirror)

Motionclip from an FBX seems to work fine, but inputting an keyframed rigpose seems to cause me errors. Is there something I'm missing with this workflow? Ultimately I want to loop the first 12 frames.

EDIT: It seems to be skeleton mirror that is causing the issue. Currently investigating but if anyone has come across a similar thing let me know! I've noticed a lot of the parent indexes are now -1?

Putting a rig-doctor in after it fixes the error.

It turns out , the mirror skeleton node was duplicating the branching points (as polylines can't branch) but not giving them a name. Is this intended behaviour?
