Yay, another grey-orange video :) Some more destruction RnD in Houdini, still much room for improvement! This time, rendered with Mantra, some comp in Nuke. Video Compression kills the smaller details a bit, but oh well...
Thanks! Yeah, Houdini can be scary at first but it's worth it! One thing I changed from using other 3D apps: I use the Houdini viewport (almost) exclusivly to move the camera around. Everything else is done in the network view. Once I did that, I managed to overcome that very first hurdle.
