A person using a Houdini Indie license may only share rendered images with a company that does not qualify for a Houdini Indie license. You are not permitted to share Houdini files, Houdini Digital Assets, Geometry files, Alembic or FBX files.

If you use Houdini Indie, and you are working for a client with a Houdini FX license you can only provide this client with rendered images; not Houdini files, HDAs, FBX, Alembic or Geometry files.
