To load assets into Unity and Unreal, Houdini Indie users need to use FREE Houdini Engine Indie licenses which are available on the Indie tab . The licenses on this page WILL NOT open the .hdalc assets created by Houdini Indie.
HOUDINI EDUCATION
To load assets into Unity and Unreal, Houdini Education users can use the Houdini Education license or the bundled Houdini Engine Education license on a second computer. The licenses on this page WILL NOT open the .hdanc assets created by Houdini Education and will prevent your Education licenses from working properly.

KARMA
RENDER LICENSES
Karma is a powerful physically-based renderer that is deeply integrated with Houdini's Solaris environment. Karma can work both inside Houdini and as a Hydra delegate in other USD-based applications. SideFX is bundling licenses with Houdini Core and FX for FREE with the rental costs shown below for extra licenses. Karma is also available with Houdini Indie, Education and Apprentice. The bundled licenses can be used BOTH locally and on your render farm/cloud.
