The license tools from older Houdini versions will not understand the new security protocols to access sidefx.com.

Please upgrade to a later build of 18.0 or upgrade to 18.5.

If this is not possible, you will need to manually install keystrings or mail support@sidefx.com to have your licenses file sent to you for installation.
