I'm trying to get a wire to pull a cloth object to no avail

Here's the setup: it's a RBD pulling a Wire, I would like the Wire in turn to pull the Cloth.

I've tried a “Attach to Body” and a multi solver with not luck, perhaps I'm overlooking something.
