Hello, everyone.
I'm a beginner.

I want to paint a wall so that it hangs down, like in the URL.
The file you linked to did not open well in Houdini 16.

FLIP Paint Liquid Test01 / Houdini (Mantra) [vimeo.com]

I was able to stick it to the wall and use SurfaceTension to hang it down.
However, what I want to do is a way to hang it from the wall so that it makes a trail from there once the wall is painted.
How can I do this?

Please help me.

The whole thing hangs down like when you stick it on a smooth wall.
But I want it to look like the image.
The image is like when you put paint on a wooden board.
I want the sticking area to stay almost the same, and only the amount of paint it contains to drip down from there.

It's done!
I used Popnet to generate a trail after the drooping particles.

Thanks for looking at it.

I believe the vimeo video was just a reference he used, from someone else, not his/hers.

He wrote "The file you linked to did not open well in Houdini 16."
So I guess, the file was downloaded

Oh ok! I understand, you're right. Agree it would be good, that setup turned out pretty cool! Maybe try writing to others who have commented on vimeo if you have an account there.
