The wireframe display of poly model has always been a problem, which has not been solved in several versions. Why can't it be displayed like Maya press 3

If someone have a solution I will be gratefull.

It looks like the object is set to Display As Subdvision Surfaces (Render tab, "Display As"). Setting it to Full Geometry should fix the problem.
