Hello folks !
I saw it already happened to some people, After hair generation, the v attribute exists, I even use a wrangle to scale it up to make it obvious, enabling velocity blur in the hairgen, plus Motion blur in the ris render, dpdtime aov for checking, and well, no any motion blur, nor in the hair render, neither in the dpd...
I am still trying to fix this, but if somebody works with renderman and hair generation well...help me please ^^' Thanks!

Okay I have found the solution for those who are blocked :
In the hairgen you have to write the velocity attribute in the guide point attributes (V)
You have to be sure to enable the velocity blur, always in the hairgen.
In the RIS, you have to rise up the subframes up to to minimum.
And normally, you will have your blur and your dpd aov Ok.
Hope this will help !
