houdini 21.0.440 payload's bounding box dissapears

When I connect any geometry to the proxy node's input in the Component Builder, the payload's bounding box disappears. Is this how it's supposed to be?

Same test for 20.5.684

This was driving me crazy until I found the same as you, also in 20.5 works ok.
