Hello,
I'm looking to build a setup where an object(shark) break the glass pannel of an aquarium, let water flow out of it.
I've tried to use RBD bullet solver, but I'm not getting the result that I wish.
Ideally I would like the shark to trigger the glass and reveal cracks, then slowly push the pieces of the window.

What could be a good way to do that ?

RBD Bullet is the correct solver for this type of simulation. If you're not getting the result you want, try asking more specific questions related to what's not working. The workflow for glass shattering is pretty well-established... pre-fracture, use constraints and art direct the breaking as needed, use RBD Disconnected Faces / RBD Connected Faces SOPs to handle the fusion of pieces that are not yet broken, and/or fuse chunks manually to allow for the cracks to reveal over time.
