I have a problem while initiating the help browser in H11 -
upon startup I get a message:


Could not initialize the help server:

ImportError: DLL load failed: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.


Reinstalling does not solve this.
Anybody have an idea how to fix the matter?

Exactly the same problem. But on other PC (MS Win 64bit), a help server is working properly.
