Seeing the results embergen and liquigen gets.
I wish houdini had the tech jangafx build. As an option.
My projects doesn't need the accuracy Houdini provides cause I can reach the target with quality embergen does.
But I don't like having the idea of 2 software. Houdini does it better then any other software in the world but it's time consuming.
I want to have an option for my accuracy so I can maximize speed while also achieving the results embergen and jangafx products gets.
What I want is separate grid based solver like jangafx has.
I want it to be realtime. As fast as the tools like embergen.
So I can get instant results.
I asked one of my friend who has his own VFX production house. I asked "when we be able to render entire movies like avatar on our own small desktop at home and and it won't be petabytes worth of sim, all real time".
He ssid "5-6 years". That was his prediction.
If it's possible in 5 to 6 years.
Then realtime sims are also possible.
And the fact it's already done is wonderful.
But I want that tech separate along what it's already have inside Houdini.
You guys can do it I believe it.
Please do it.
I don't like the idea of having multiple softwares for multiple tasks.
Blender is implementing dlss denoiser. It makes rendering look like realtime.
But I want simulation to be realtime.
Please implement it.
