Just begin to learn houdini, I try to do the smoke collision technic to an object with the forme of tail
But even after 150 frames, it doesn't change its shape any more, and it still doesn't reach the end of tail.

Has anyone known the reason?

Hey!

Checked your scene and I just increased the detail on the volume collision increasing the uniform divisions up to 60 or more and worked fine.

Maybe increase the buoyancy or add some velocity to make it fill faster.

Good luck!

I have increased Uniform Divisions to 60, but not much different after that.
In my opinion, the shape is too sharp, I changed the padding to 0.03, the smoke got stuck before reaching the end.
(padding 0.01 or 0.02 gave me a really weird simulation)

I change the position of Smoke Sphere but Bouyancy doesn't fonction well with this shape, but smoke can't reach its bottom.

Thank you for your suggestions
