issue with vdb potential flow

Hi everyone !
I have an issue with the vdb potential flow. I created a vector field based on animated vdb mesh. it's work fine but on some frame I have black artefact and my velocity field looks strange. Do you have any ideas ?

Same here, at some frame it just goes nuts. Couldn’t find a solution yet. Any update on this bug?
