Vulkan RnD - asset preview

This small research project has two goals for me. First to create custom crisp triangulated geometry deformer that can be triggered with some arbitrary attribute. Sound is very important in upcoming project so I invested some time to understand how to do sound/channel processing and connect it with SOPs context. Combining CHOPs and SOPs opens lots and lots of possibilities. Think about it, you use sound to trigger some effect in surface operators network. Lowely. In video above viewer can see effect with sound in Houdini's viewport. Sculpture presented in rendering is just dummy model that would be replaced with appropriate asset. Effect is fully procedurally designed so geometry can be easily switched without breaking any rules defined in network.
