Harsh Blue's Environment Artist Program prepares students to become industry-ready junior environment artists with comprehensive training in essential tools like Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter & Designer, Unreal Engine, and Houdini.
In Term 1, students build a strong foundation in modeling, texturing, and Unreal Engine basics.
Term 2 emphasizes advanced texturing, Unreal Engine foliage creation, and project management.
Term 3 provides in-depth training in Houdini, covering key features such as procedural modeling, geometry VDB operations, rigid and soft body dynamics, vertex animation texture, pyro simulation, and SubUV animation exporting. Students also learn to create height fields, implement scattering and instancing techniques, and use Houdini Engine for seamless integration with game engines. This ensures they are well-equipped with the skills needed for the industry.
