When switching from a LOP scene viewer pane tab to another pane tab, or maximizing a pane tab in the desktop, we now pause the renderer instead of terminating it (we still terminate if the renderer does not support pausing). Fixed the ikfk blending on the clavicle, It will now blend with the rest of the arm. The auto shoulder has also been offset on the hand to make the ik control easier to select.

Fixed issue where PI_EditScriptedParm::extractGroupSpareData() behaved as either a merge or a replace depending on the situation. It now behaves as either one or the other as specified by a new parameter, with the default being a replace to match the intended use of this method.

Importing folders now uses the source parameter name instead of a default folder name and respects the toggles for prefixing the name and label with the source node.

Importing folders and refreshing existing imported folders now copies any tags (spare data) from the source folders. This fixes an issue where some folder configurations would not import properly.

Copying folders from source nodes into the parameter editing interface now does a better job handling tags (spare data). The old handling allowed an internal "visibletabs" tag to sneak into dialog scripts as a grouptag. We now also attempt to prevent this from spreading further through copying or importing.
