Fixed bug where if an object's "picking" parameter contained a !!ch()!! reference, then its opscript output would not recreate this. This also affected the Change Type... menu item and opchangetype commands where objects after a change would lose such information.

Added the ability to name OTL sources with some descriptive text rather than using the full path to the OPlibraries file it represents. The name can be set with the otrenamesource command, or using the "Rename Source" RMB menu option in the Operator Type Manager.
