Fixed regression in SOP Import from 21.0 where primvars:skel:jointIndices and related attributes were no longer authored from boneCapture unless the geometry was being imported via an agent (or implicitly doing this via SOP Character Import). Note that in this scenario SOP Import does not author the 'skel:joints' attribute to define a primitive-specific joint ordering used for the capture weights - this requires the skeleton's hierarchy and thus is only supported when importing as an agent.
