how to park Houdini console as one of the windows just like the scene view, network view or parameter view?

You mean the Houdini shell? If so there currently isn't a way to park this in a desktop pane.
There's at least one school like the old school!

Each OS poses it's own issues in this area. The Mac doesn't even open a shell for me right now…
There's at least one school like the old school!
