Hi,
i'm trying to calculate the windload that is experienced by a structure, hence need to find the area of the side profile. need advices on how to do that.

Perhaps flatten it on the plane you want (using a Point SOP and/or a UV Project SOP) and then remove backfaces (Delete SOP) then Measure SOP it?

Hi, Jason, thanks! May I ask why the projected shape is skewed to the side a little bit? In you case, the flatten shape should be right beneath the original shape, isn't it?
