Kill all polygons but leave vertices ..

I am searching for an equivalent to lightwave modeler ‘k’ / kill
Select some polygons and kill them and leave the vertices.
Played around with blast, but alway deleted points too.
I am quite ashamed to have to ask, but after two wasted hours I thought it to be the best option !!

Delete SOP with the “Keep Points” parameter enabled should do it.

Or Add SOP with Delete Geometry but Keep the Points option turned on.
