I am working on updated chapters right now that will be released next year in PDF format - There are some new chapters planned so a new printable book will be on hold until they are all ready.

Not at the moment because the goal is to add some more chapters.

Right now they are a bit out of sync (some 17.5 and others 18 or 18.5). We will have to get them all lined up again to put them into a printed book. The chapters are available to print or put on an iPad on the tutorial pages.
